Holiday Reservations Agent English Speaking

    
A major international leisure company is looking for Holiday Reservation Agents who can operate in a five star environment with quality clients. Candidates must be computer literate, comfortable making “outbound” telephone calls and be very organised. Previous administration/telephone experience would be useful. The role involves telephoning customers who have previously purchased a holiday package and to gain commitment of a date to visit the complex. Candidates need to speak English Hours: Monday to Thursday 16.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs, Friday and Saturday 10.00 a.m. - 14.00 hrs with two days off. Salary an hourly rate and commission on bookings and then commission on sales done to those bookings
